She was the only child of the late Henry and Lola Plude. She leaves behind an aunt, an uncle and cousins in Connecticut; as well as close friends, Jean Ayala, Jo Ann Smith and Sue Jacobson; and her church family, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 21 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Ave., with a service at noon. Interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla., beside her beloved husband, Roger.
