Linda Gail Marshall, age 58, of Gainesville was born March 27, 1951. Linda went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 10, 2009. Linda graduated from E.E. Butler High School in 1969. She was previously employed with the Hall County Health Department for 21 years. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Ace June Johnson. Linda is survived by her husband of 38 years, Terry Marshall; beloved mother, Mary (Donald) Hamilton; one daughter, Shantel Marshall; one son, Terry "Todd" (Celeste) Marshall; two grandchildren, Tieshia McMullen and Tiya Cantrell, all of Gainesville; a special friend, Robert Jackson; and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends. The funeral services will be held Thursday, May 14, 2009, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 705 Summit St., Gainesville, GA.
