Linda Diane Wilson, 62, of St. Petersburg died Oct. 9, 2009. She was born Feb. 16, 1947 in Pensacola to Melvin T. and Opal Grace Paul Goodwin. Her father; a brother, Jack Wilson, and maternal grandparents, Monroe and Lena Paul, preceded her in death. Survivors include her mother, Opal Goodwin of Bonifay; two sisters, Rita Horner of Tampa and Joyce Ditto of Bonifay; two brothers, Joe Wilson of Dothan, Ala. and Gary Wilson of Panama City and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Funeral services were held Oct. 14 in the Bethlehem United Methodist Church with the Rev. Charles Wimberly officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery with Peel Funeral Home in Bonifay directing. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethlehem Methodist Cemetery Fund.
