HARRIS Linda D. "Twiggy", age 59, was born in High Point, North Carolina and resided in Passaic, NJ for most of her life. She departed this life on Thursday, May 28, 2009. She was a Bus Aide for Rudco Bus Company, Passaic, NJ for 13 years. She was a member of The New Faith Baptist Love Ministry, Passaic, NJ. She was predeceased by her grandson, Kashiff; her parents, Samuel and Viola Mitchell and two brothers, Naim and Jihad Shabazz. She leaves to cherish her memory: three daughters, Yolanda Baker (Jeremy), Kimberly and Seima Harris; three brothers, Saleem Shabazz, Samuel Mitchell, Jr. and Paul Mitchell; four sisters, Veronica Harris, Yvonne Thompson, Terrie Harris and Victoria Battle. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two brothers-in-law, Nelson Mejias and Clifton Battle and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors.Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Wednesday, June 3, 2009, 7 PM at The New Faith Baptist Love Ministry, 185 Lexington Ave., Passaic, NJ.
