-><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Linda D. ClarkHOPEWELL JUNCTION - Linda D. Clark, 67, an area resident for 20 years and formerly of Simsbury, CT, died on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at home. Born in Niskayuna, NY on May 30, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Krajewski) Richter. On March 23, 1968 at St. Theresa Church in South Hadley, MA, she married Allen Clark who survives at home. Linda had been employed in various roles in education in NY and CT until her retirement in 2008. She was very creative, and enjoyed collecting antiques, crafting, and decorating her home for holidays. One of her greatest pleasures was enjoying a good Beach Boys song in her convertible on a sunny day. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her loving husband of 45 years, she is survived by her daughters, Kristin Fitch and her husband Matthew of Simsbury, CT and Heather Clark and her husband Colin Gentle of Beacon, NY; her grandchildren, Dylan and Emma Fitch and Margo Gentle. She also leaves behind her mother-in-law, Enid Clark of South Hadley, MA; sisters-in-law Donna Connell, Sandy Jones, and Jeanne Richter and their families. She was predeceased by her brother, David Richter. Services will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013. Calling hours are at 12:00 followed by a funeral service at 1:00 at Ryder Funeral Home, 33 Lamb Street, South Hadley, MA.
