Linda Bembry Smith, 54, died Jan. 14, 2011, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce. She was born in Winter Haven and was a longtime resident of Fort Pierce. She was a homemaker Survivors include her sons, Timothy Hills of Port St. Lucie, and Anthony Smith and Freddie Bembry, both of Fort Pierce; stepson, Travis Wright of Fort Pierce; daughters: Sallie Hills of Fort Pierce and Rudine Hills of Orlando; stepdaughters, Angelia Smith and Monique Wright, both of Fort Pierce; brothers, Roosevelt Bembry of Fort Pierce and Cecil Bembry of Winter Haven; sisters, Rudine Bembry, Bertha Bembry and Willie Mae Troutman, all of Fort Pierce; 27 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elijah Smith; mother, Sallie Mae Bembry; son, Willie Lee Hills; and sister, Hattie Mae Bembry. Services: Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Jan. 21 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel. A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 22 at the Love Center in Fort Pierce.
