Linda Bea Smith, 58, of Greensburg, died Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at her residence. She was born Aug. 29, 1954, in Nelson County and was a member of the Greensburg Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Evelean Wilson Smith.Survivors include a sister, Kathleen Thurman, of Bardstown; three brothers, Jay Smith, Lee Smith and Eddie Smith, all of Bardstown; several nieces and nephews; and her caregiver, Patty Judd, of Greensburg. Cremation was chosen by the family with a memorial service to be held at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Clark & Houghlin Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
