LINDA ALICE COWLES DEMOTTE, IN Linda Alice Cowles, age 68, of DeMotte passed away on August 12, 2014 at her home. Born on December 31, 1945 in Hammond, IN to the late Fred (Vivian Williams) Holly. Linda was a 1963 graduate of Morton High School, she enjoyed shopping and animals. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert C. Cowles, and infant son Robert Stephen. She is survived by her children: Elizabeth (Keith) Weaver, Rensselaer and Anthony (Michelle) Cowles of Princeton; brother: Fred (Judy) Holly of Highland; sister-in-law: Carol (George) Batcha of Hobart; mother-in law: Mary Cowles; and grandchildren: Jacob and Joshua Weaver. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 12 noon at the Frazier Funeral Home, 621 S. Halleck Street DeMotte, IN 46310, with cremation rites to follow. Friends may call on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 12:00 noon at the Frazier Funeral Home. Linda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
