LILLIS LEE MC DONALD HIGHLAND, IN Lillis Lee McDonald passed away Saturday, January 24, 2009 at the William J. Riley Memorial Residence Hospice in Munster, IN. She was born on September 16, 1926 to George and Mattie (Hoban) Fielder in Bruceville, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald N. McDonald and two sons: Richard D. McDonald and Dwight L. McDonald. She is survived by two sons: Daroyl L. (Joann) McDonald of New Fairfield, CT and Ronald D. McDonald of Highland, IN; one granddaughter, Meghan L. McDonald of Lowell, IN of the United States Air Force; one sister, Carolyn Chrisman of Vincennes, IN and one brother, Patrick (Laura) Fielder of Atlantic City, NJ; and also numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 2828 Highway Ave in Highland, IN on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Randy McQueen officiating. Burial Chapel Lawn Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday at the funeral home from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM. Mrs. McDonald was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Griffith, IN, the Order of the Eastern Star in Griffith, IN and the Cal-Ridge Moose Lodge # 1258 in Schererville, IN. www.fagenmiller.com
