The Rev. Lillie Mae Williams, 72, of 6 Fleetwood Drive, died on Monday, July 9, 2007, at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Guy Sloan and Mrs. Ida Mae McGowens Sloan.Survivors: husband, Bishop L.E. Williams; daughter, Sandra Fuller of Greenville; sons, James, William and Russell Williams, all of Greenville, and Larry Williams of Pontiac, Mich.; sisters, Elizabeth Franklin of Greenville; Effie Johnson and Margaret McNeil, both of Washington, D.C.; brothers, Benny and Roy Sloan and Henry McGowens, all of Greenville; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; devoted niece, Janice Franklin.Funeral Service: Sunday, 2 p.m. at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with burial in Graceland East Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the mortuary.
