Lillie S. Hall, 85, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday. Born in Mississippi, she resided in Syracuse for 47 years. Mrs. Hall is a retired school teacher for the Syracuse City School District. She was predeceased by her husband, Julius Hall in 1998. Survivors: her daughters, Janice Rafus of Syracuse and Angela (Kenneth M'Bale) Hall of MD; sons, Duane (Regina) and Julius T. Hall, both of Syracuse; grandchildren, Latisia (Virne) Cannon, Se'Cil Hall, Brandon Rafus, Celina M'Bale and Kenneth Julius M'Bale; great-grandchildren, Naja Hall and Virne Myles Cannon; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
