AIKEN, S.C. - Mrs. Lillian Weeks Jackson, 97, of Aiken, died Tuesday, October 25, 2005 in Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday in the Shellhouse Funeral Home Chapel, Hayne Ave. The Reverend Dr. Fred Andrea and the Reverend Christopher Davies will officiate. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Jackson was born in Salley, SC to the late Will and Nellie Nunn Weeks. She was a lifelong resident of Aiken, and worked as a clerk in a local grocery store. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Aiken. Survivors include her daughter, Frances Ellison, Wilmington, NC; her son, James Kitchings, Aiken; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a half sister, Della Robinson; and a half brother, Yarborough Weeks.
