Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday at Community Outreach Church in Bradenton. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Survivors include husband Andrew of Bradenton; three sons, Rodney Howell of Kansas, and Govinda and Andrew Howell of Bradenton; two daughters, Tamika Howell of Sarasota and Tomeka McCobb of Bradenton; two sisters, Gilda Williams of Sarasota and Cynthia Duncan of Cordell, Ga.; two brothers, Paul Williams of Little Rock, Ark., and Edwards Lee Williams of New Orleans; and eight grandchildren.
