Fran passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012 at her residence. She was born on October 27, 1944 in Stewart County, TN to the late John Austin and Mary Luffman Austin. She was a member of the Edelweis Club and was retired. In additon to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Lester Austin, and granddaughter, Sara Hood.She is survived by her son, Bennie (Tammy) Massey; daughter, Anita (Mark) Hood; daughter, Lisa Hollenbeck; brothers and sisters, Lois Lupardus, Kenneth (Judy) Austin, Marvin Austin, Jewel Barnhart, Elsie Toler, Polly (Elliott) Wills, Larry (Kay) Austin, Roger Austin, Gary Austin, Shirley (James) Smart, James (Dava) Austin; 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be her grandsons.Online condolences may be made at www.sykesfuneralhome.com
