HomemakerBARTOW -- Mrs. Lillian McDuffie Bryant of Bartow died of heart failure Tuesday (June 7, 2005) at home. She was 81.Born in Arcadia on Sept. 13, 1923, she was a longtime resident of Bartow. She was a homemaker. She was a Pentecostal.Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Bryant. She is survived by her daughter, Sybil B. Ward, Bartow; sons, William G. "Bill" Bryant, Bartow, Robert L. "Bob" Bryant, Fort Myers; brother, Robert "Bob" McDuffie, Fort Meade; sisters, Myrtle Griffin, Winnie Griner, Ila Wiggins, all of Bartow; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St., Bartow. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel.
