GRANITEVILLE, S.C.- Entered into rest Friday, August 27, 2004, Mr. Lewis W. 'Jack' Taylor of Graniteville, S.C., beloved husband of 56 years Edith Bryant Taylor and son of the late Lewis Wilbur Taylor and the late Doris Dennis Taylor. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Bryant Taylor and his wife, Gayle of Graniteville; two brothers, Dennis Taylor and his wife Betty, of Waynesboro and Tom Taylor and his wife, Carolyn of Graniteville. Mr. Taylor was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. He was a retired Banking Officer, having worked in banking for many years. He was a member of Graniteville First Baptist Church and Calvary Baptist Church in Graniteville. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran having served during World War II. The funeral service will be conducted today, Sunday, August 29, 2004 at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. James Young officiating. The interment will follow in the Graniteville Ce metery. The pallbearers will be Danny Johnson, Wade Johnson, Martin Johnson, Dennis Taylor, Jr., Darren Taylor, and L.L. Willis.
