WelderMULBERRY -- Mr. Lester R. Clark of Mulberry died of cancer Monday (May 24, 2004) at Valencia Hills Health and Rehab. He was 69.Born in Glenwood, Ga., on Aug. 1, 1934, he came to Mulberry from Lithia 15 years ago. He was a welder for Hardee Manufacturing. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church.Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, Laura Clark; son, Thomas R. Clark, Plant City; sisters, Versalee Timm, Annie Farris, both of Mulberry, Carolyn Farris, Lakeland, Lawanna Cohen, Tennessee; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Southside Baptist Church, 250 Moses St., Mulberry.
