ST-FRANCOIS OF MADAWASKA, NB - Mr. Leonide Dionne, 79, died July 6, 2005, at Edmundston, NB. Mr. Dionne was a director of the Golden Age Club and a 3rd degree member of the Knight's of Columbus, Council No. 7188. He was the husband of the late Annette Pinette by a first marriage, and Georgianne Banville, by a second marriage. He is also survived by six sons, John (Marie) and Gerry (Carol) of Connecticut, Donald (Melinda) of Alabama, Allan (Patty) of Connecticut, Roger (Cindy) of Alabama, and Michael (Darlene) of Connecticut; one daughter, Linda of Georgia; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Normand (Patricia) of St-Francois, NB, Adelard of Florida, and Gerard of St-Francois, NB; three sisters, Sr. Germaine Dionne of St-Basile, NB, Mrs. Yvette Pelletier (Gerard) of Madawaska, and Rita Taggart of Fort Kent. He was predeceased by a daughter, Simone. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2005 in St-Francois-Xavier Catholic Church, St-Francois, NB. He will be resting at the Church Hall on Commercial Street in St-Francois, NB. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday and 9-11 a.m. Saturday (Canadian Time). Funeral direction is by J.B Cote & Son Funeral Home, 160 Church St., Edmundston, NB, Canada.
