BRENT, LEONE ELIZABETH, 89Lake Butler - Ms. Leone Elizabeth Brent, age 89, died Saturday at her residence after an extended illness. Ms. Brent was born in Toronto, Canada and lived most of her life in the Miami area. She moved to Lake Butler in 1985. She was landscape designer, dress & costume maker and homemaker before she retired. She was a member of Harmony Free Will Baptist Church in rural Lake Butler. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Brent; a brother, Harold Pemblett, Jr. and a daughter-in-law, Phyllis W. Brent. Ms. Brent is survived by: Her son and daughter-in-law: Richard and Sandra Brent of rural Lake Butler, 3 Grandchildren: Linnet Ward, Richard Brent, Jr. and Alisha Badger, 8 Great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler with Rev. Larry Clyatt officiating. Burial will follow at Ft. Call Cemetery in rural Lake Butler. Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at Archer Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
