A daughter of the late Cicero Cunningham and Hattie Hill Cunningham and wife of the late John Smith, Jr., she was a certified nurses' assistant and a member of the Smyrna AME Church, Waterloo, SC. She is survived by four sons, Willie Harvey Smith and Bruce Smith of Waterloo, SC, Charlie Smith of the home, Grady Smith of New Mexico; two daughters, Ruby S. Cunningham of Waterloo, SC and Tammy Smith of the home; one brother, Joe Cunningham of California; one sister, MIldred C. Henderson of Waterloo, SC and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2013, at the Smyrna AME Church with Rev. Sarah Williams and Rev. Shirley Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home.Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens
