PICKUP, Lena Lilian (nee Floyd) — Peacefully at home on Sunday, April 29, 2007, at the age of 94. Widow of Thomas Pickup. Loving mother of Felicity of Toronto, and John (Christine Short) of Calgary. Grandmother of Mark and Tracey. Dear aunt of Ann Pratt of Kamloops, B.C., and David Schönberg of Kaslo, B.C. Lena lived in Quebec City from 1959 until 1968. She worked first at the Lit. & Hist. library and then became Quebec High School librarian. John is a graduate of QHS. At the time of her death she lived with Felicity in Toronto.
