LELIA SMITH MELBOURNE Lelia (Judy) W. Smith, 80, a homemaker, passed from this life into the next on Satur day, March 25, 2006. Lelia was born in Hampton, VA. She came to Brevard County in 1965 from Lincoln, NE. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, TOPS #164,, and was Florida State Queen in 1987. Lelia is survived by her sister, Ada Ward; brother, James Mitchell; sons, Keith (Shirley), Rick (Sharnel) Bob (Sonnette) Smith; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 29th, at Florida Memorial Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
