Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Holiness With Deliverance Ministries, 516 30th St. East, Palmetto. Interment will be at Adams-Fogartyville Cemetery, Bradenton.Survivors include his wife, Ethel of Bradenton; sons Lee Jr. and Elijah Watkins, both of Bradenton; a daughter, Tarsha Clinton of Bradenton; sisters Mary Baity, Sernella Baker, Deborah Williams and Mae Prater, all of Bradenton; brothers Johnny, Sammy and Horace, all of Bradenton; and six grandchildren.
