BINNINGTON, Leah Irene - After a brief illness at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, September 19, 2008, Leah Irene Binnington passed away at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late George Binnington, cherished mother of David and his wife Mary, Jane and her husband Gary Martin, Joanne and her husband Mike Steacy all of Kingston. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Graeme and Ainsley Martin, Benjamin and Laura Steacy, Jennifer, Martha and Nicole Binnington. Survived by her sister Vera and husband Bill Burgoon. Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Jennie Horne. Friends will be received at JAMES REID CHAPEL (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Monday, September 22, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. and a reception in the James Reid Reception Centre. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Kingston General Hospital (U.H.K.F.) or the Kingston Humane Society will be thoughtfully remembered by the family.
