SMITH, Laurie Tucker, Laurie Legare Tucker Smith, formerly of Tampa, died on March 21, 2014 in Boise ID at the age of 90. Legare was born in Tampa to the late John and Laurie (Caldwell) Tucker. She graduated from Plant High School in 1941 and attended Florida State College for Women. Legare married USAF Capt. Dan Everett in 1944 in Omaha NE. Upon Dan's retirement from the Air Force in 1962, the couple and their three children settled in Dan's hometown of Salida, Colorado. Legare was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Robert L. Tucker, her first husband Daniel L. Everett, and her second husband, Linton E. Smith. She is survived by her children, Daniel, Laurie and Nancy, a brother, John Tucker, and five grandchildren.
