SMITH, Laurence Alexander David Born December 2, 1947, Revelstoke, B.C. Passed September 10, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. Graduated from Van Tech, UBC and BCIT. Served 10yrs Can. Navy and retired from B.C. Tel. Larry was director and Pres. Of Anavets, was awarded Queens Golden Jubilee award and enjoyed many years of Scouting. Survived by his wife Linda, son Alex (Linda), Grandsons - Andrew, Duncan, David. Brothers Doug (Dianne), Rob (Cheryl), and his extended family Hon, Terry, Diego, Nick, Mike (and their families). He lived his dream the past 4 years in Likely, B.C. His sense of humour and honour will be missed by so many.
