FINK, Laure. 1921-2006. Please join friends and family in a celebration of Laure's life on Saturday, April 8 at 2 p.m. at Victoria Hall, 4626 Sherbrooke West. Laure was a model not of aging but of learning and openness to change. As a musician, she was a beloved teacher known to her students and the public across Canada. Her love of travel led her through Europe and on canoe trips on the Fraser and Stakine rivers and cruises in Antarctica. She played bingo in her seniors' residence and fell in love at eighty-three. She celebrated her friends and encouraged us to celebrate ourselves.
