NEWTON _ Laura Ida, passed away January 22nd, 2004, with her daughters by her side at Surrey Memorial Hospital. She is predeceased by her husband Harold. Laura will be deeply missed by her daughters Gail Austin and Heather Sammartino; and her sons-in-law Tom and Michael; and grandchildren Lynden, Cory, Richard, and Brandon. Many thanks to Dr. D. Fransen, the staff in Emergency and on 51D of Surrey Memorial for their kindness and care. Memorial Services will be held 3:00 pm, Wednesday, January 28th, 2004, at Imperial Place Retirement Home, 13853 102 Avenue, Surrey. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
