She is survived by her husband, Philip Smith, Franklin, TN; parents, David and Linda Kaczmarek, Bonita Springs, FL; brother, Bryan (Kay) Kaczmarek, Memphis, TN; grandparents, Frank and Betty Sprigg, Bonita Springs, FL. Her remains are at the Brentwood Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends 4-7 P.M. Friday and 12-1 P.M. on Saturday. Funeral services will be conducted 1 P.M. Saturday, January 13, 2001, in the Chapel of Brentwood Funeral Home with Dr. Charles Worrell, Sr. officiating.
