BROWN Laura Lanna Brown, age 77, formerly of Milford and beloved wife to the late Robert Brown, left this world peacefully on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield. Born on October 21, 1934 in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Fedele and Concetta Pagla Lanna. She was a proud graduate and active alumni of Laurelton Hall and prior to her retirement was employed with GE Corporate as an administrative assistant for many years. Her love, laughter and generosity will always be remembered and she will be missed by her lifelong friends that supported her through the most difficult of times. Laura is survived by her brother, Lawrence Lanna and his wife Gloria of Milford, her two sons, Patrick and his wife Christine of Orange and Tim and his wife Janet of North Haven, three cherished grandchildren, Zachary, Catherine and Emily , her sister-in-law Jean Collins and her husband Tom of FL, and her niece Claudia and nephew Robert. She was predeceased by her sister Norma Franco of Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 23rd at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gabriel's Church, 26 Broadway, Milford. Interment to follow at Gates of Heaven in Trumbull. Friends and family may call on Tuesday, May 22nd from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT 06460.
