LAURA F. ANDERSON (NEE SPURLOCK) CROWN POINT, IN Laura F. Anderson (nee Spurlock) of Crown Point, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Laura is survived by her husband, William A. Anderson; sons: William "Rob" Anderson of Crown Point and Guy A. (Sharon) Anderson of Demotte; daughters: Cheryl A. (Rick) Turnmire of Fitzgerald, GA and Lori S. (Robert) Dille of Crown Point; grandchildren: Ryan (Teresa), Jamie, Crystal, Cody, Jace, Logan, and Greg; great-grandchildren: Kaylie and Ryleigh; sisters: Clara (John) Golub and Joyce Head; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Anne Spurlock; brothers: Harry, Ewing, Hank, Robert, Gene, and Jack Spurlock; sisters: Gladys Porterfield and Mary Stephans. Laura worked at Taft Middle School in Crown Point, Lukes Market and Sterks Market in the food service and bakery departments. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 11:30 AM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre (NOTE: NEW LOCATION-two blocks east of Broadway) at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN with John Starr officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre.
