ELLIOTT, Laura M. March 4, 1917 - Dec. 18, 2009 Peacefully, on Friday, December 18, at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital. Predeceased by her husband, Arthur Elliott; by her daughter, Beverley; and by her grandson Cameron. Loving mother of Ron (Pat), Gary (Sandra), Diane (Leonard), and Susan (Don). Devoted Grandmother to Jeff (Lina), Janeen (Adriano), Benjamin, Jennifer (Don), Ian (Michele), Alexandra, Shelley (Tony), Peter (Kellie), Kevin (Kyla). Great-Grandmother to 14. Laura will be fondly remembered by her family and many friends at Lynwood Lodge and from around Ottawa. Friends are invited to a memorial service in Laura's honour on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., at the Chapel at Pinecrest Cemetary on Baseline Road. A reception will follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Diabetes Society would be appreciated by the family.
