Haines City Citrus ExchangeHAINES CITY -- Mr. Larry Smith of Haines City died of lung cancer Sunday (June 20, 2004) at Haines City Health Care Center. He was 56.Born in Macon, Miss., on Oct. 16, 1947, he came to Haines City from there 30 years ago. He was a private contractor for Haines City Citrus Exchange.Mr. Smith is survived by his daughter, Josette Mauvaie, Orlando; sister, Ruby Nell Ashford, Macon; three grandsons. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Holmes Funeral Home, 601 Claude Holmes Sr. Ave., Haines City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel.
