Larry Smith, 77, of St. Augustine, died Jan. 21, 2007, at the Veteran Administration Hospital in Lake City, Fla. Mr. Smith was a native of Reidsville, N.C. and had lived in St. Augustine since 1970. Mr. Smith was a bus driver for Greyhound Bus Terminal, a member of the American Legion Post No. 37 and he served his country in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean War. Survivors: His wife, Carol Bishop-Smith, two daughters, one son, one stepson, one grandchild; one step-granddaughter; and a sister, Peggy Mayberry, Greensboro, N.C.
