Graveside Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, at White Hall Baptist Church Cemetery for Mr. Larry S. Miller, age 71, of Gainesville. The Rev. Robert Nix will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Miller passed away Monday, Sept. 30, 2013.Mr. Miller was born in Fulton County but had been a lifelong resident of Hall County. He was the son of the late Garnet S. Miller and Alma Miller. He retired from Peachtree Doors and was a member of White Hall Baptist Church. Mr. Miller was an avid hunter, outdoorsman and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Popphan. Survivors include wife, Wanda Miller; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Erin Miller; grandchildren, Hope, Hannah and Levi Miller; sister, Shelvia Standrige; sisters and brothers-in-law, Geraldine and Bethel Wilson, Barbara and James Samples, Diane and David Tench, Joann and Edwin Cash, Nancy and Randall Abernathy; brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Joann Miller, Eddie and Connie Miller, William and Gina Miller; and a number of nieces; nephews; and other relatives.Online condolences may be made at wardsfh.com.
