Larry Lester Hall, age 52, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in Roanoke, Virginia. Larry was of the Baptist faith and was baptized by his father May 29, 1966. He graduated from Central High School in Chattanooga, TN, attended Tennessee Tech and graduated from West Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His work experience ranged from aerospace, to the nuclear industry. He was employed by Babcock and Wilcox Nuclear Energy Company. He is survived by: his beloved wife, Connie Hays Jackson Hall; 2 sons, Aleksandr Lewis and Viktor James Hall of Arkansas; his parents, Reverend Lester Hall and LaRue Hall of Auburn; a brother, Lewis Charles Hall his wife Angela and daughter Stephanie of Lawrenceville; an Aunt Nora Waters of Dallas, TX; and a number of cousins. There will be a memorial service led by Dr. John Talley at First Baptist Church of Winder at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012. Those desiring to make charitable donations may designate them to the building fund of First Baptist Church of Winder or the Emory University Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta.
