AI Waddell conducting the services. Burial will follow in the St. John's Cemetery in Fairbanks. Mr. Carter, who lived at 4108 NW 43rd Terrace, died on Sunday, February 3, 2008, at Shands @ UF Hospital. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church.
