BARTON _ Larry Neil Passed away peacefully in the Calgary Foothills Hospital on Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at the age of 52 years. Born with a natural twinkle in his eye, Larry filled the lives of all those he knew with an immense happiness and a sense of belonging. He lived every day to the fullest and it showed throughout his incredible lifetime. He was a professional stockcar driver, an automotive specialist, a business owner and the world's greatest dad. Larry was wise, funny, kind, loving and charming and will be greatly missed by the many people whose lives he touched. His lifelong friend and mother of his children, Colleen, and their children Stefanie and Carly will lovingly remember him. His brothers Leo and Joey, and sisters Lorraine, Lorna and Natalie also survive him. His much-loved son, Daryl; mother, Myrna; sister, Linda; father, Bill and his stepfather, Huey predeceased him. Although we mourn his departure, others are rejoicing to see him again on the other side. A Celebration of Larry's Life will be held in the Chapel of MOUNTAIN VIEW FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. If so desired, a memorial tribute may be made in Larry's name directly to the Calgary Health Trust - FMC, Emergency and Trauma (10101 Southport Road S.W., Calgary, AB, T2W 3N2).
