LaMarr Anthony Mitchell East Chicago, IN LaMarr Anthony Mitchell, age 34, born on November 26, 1970 as the only son to Nathaniel and June M. Mitchell. LaMarr Anthony Mitchell passed on to Glory on Saturday, July 30, 2005 at home with his family. Born and raised in East Chicago, IN, LaMarr entered the U.S. Air Force upon graduation from Central High School in 1988 and faithfully served his country both stateside and abroad for six years. For the last several years, he had made Atlanta, GA his home, with many close friends and loved ones still residing there. His memory will live on through his loving father, Nathaniel Mitchell; his three adoring sisters: Crystal Eichelle (Derrick) Buford of Norfolk, VA, Jaime Elaine Mitchell of East Chicago, IN and Chavon Denise Mitchell of Cincinnati, OH and his adoring niece and nephew: Ebony Dominique Powell and Nathaniel Anthony Mitchell Brewer. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, June M. Mitchell. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2005 at Mt. Hermon Missionary Baptist Church, located at 3601 Pennsylvania Avenue, with the funeral immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Gary, IN. LaMarr was a dedicated son, a loving brother and a friend to all. He will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him.
