LYNDA L.MARTIN, 59 LAKELAND - Mrs. Lynda Lee Martin, age 59, died of lung cancer Monday, April 28, 2014. Born in Cortland, N.Y., on September 15, 1954. Lynda was previously employed with Kash-n-Karry and Bealls as a retail associate. She enjoyed going to the casino, bingo, crafts and quilting, but most of all, she loved being with her family and adored her granddaughters. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents James L. Case and Alice M. Scutt-Case-Phillips; brother Dick L. Case. She is survived by her husband Thaburn Ray Martin, Lakeland; son Jeffrey (Kandi) Nase, Lakeland; daughter Jill (Kevin) Sweeney, Atlantic Beach; granddaughters Brandi Nase, Maddison Nase; brothers James (Patricia) Case, Jr., Samuel (Rebecca) Phillips, William (Kim) Case, Otis (Joyce Moon) Phillips, Jr., all of Upstate, N.Y.; sisters Winiford Campolito, Pamela (Charles) Dollaway, both of Upstate, N.Y.
