JOHNSON, LISA L.Lisa L. Johnson, daughter of Barbara Bisceglia Blume passed away at White Plains Hospital on March 20, 2005, Palm Sunday and the first day of Spring. She was 39 years old. Lisa graduated from Harrison High School in Harrison, NY in 1983. She went on to work for The Gannett Newspaper in their advertising department from 1984-1986. She attended Westchester Business Institute and also worked at the Money Store. She was a client care worker for the Open Arms Homeless Shelter in White Plains. In 2004 she became a volunteer at St. Vincent's Hospital in Harrison, NY. Lisa was known for having a big heart, with great compassion for the sick and homeless. She was a kind, sweet, gentle person who was exceptionally thoughtful to her family and friends. Lisa is survived by her mother, her brother Jason Blume, her grandmother Emily Bisceglia, her uncle Michael Bisceglia, her aunt Gwen Keegan and her loving godmother Diane Castiglia Henry of California. She was the granddaughter of the late Michael Edward Bisceglia, the daughter of the late Thomas Walter Johnson and the stepdaughter of the late John Blume. She is also survived by her long time companion Robert Edward Samoyedny. There is no visitation. There will be a Funeral Mass at St. Gregory the Great Church, 215 Halstead Avenue, Harrison, NY on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 11 am.
