ANDERSON, LISA A., age 85, passed away peacefully at her residence in Atlanta, GA, with her family at her side on March 17, 2006. She was the beloved wife of the late Eric Olov Anderson who passed away in February, 2005. Lisa was predeceased by her parents, Ivar and Anna Larson, and her sister, Brita Ossene. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Joan Anderson, of Orlando, FL, and two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Bill Dawkins of Atlanta, GA, and Patty and Russ Charest of Clermont, FL, and two grandsons, Scott Dawkins of Atlanta, GA, and Jeff Dawkins of New York City. Lisa was born on September 8, 1920 in Smedjebacken, Sweden and emigrated to the United States at age 3, settling in Worcester, MA. She was a devoted homemaker, wife and mother, and she and Eric were happily married for 58 years. They enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the United States during their retirement. She will be interred along with her husband in Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell, FL, at a future date. The Cremation Society of the SOUTH is in charge of the arrangements, 770-420-5557.
