Jackson, of 14 Wayne Drive, died February 24, 2011.Born in Clemson, SC, she was a daughter of the late Roy B. and Helen Mauldin Stevens.Mrs. Jackson was a graduate of Clemson University and a first grade teacher at East North Street Elementary School. She was a member of Edwards Road Baptist Church.The family wishes to thank the McCall Hospice Staff, the ICU staff at Greenville Memorial Hospital, and the staff at the Cancer Centers of the Carolinas.Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her daughter and son-in law, Ashley and Darren Lord of Mt. Juliet, TN; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy and Michael Grieco of Gadsden, AL, and Helen and Forest Murphy of Central; a brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Marie Stevens of Aiken; five nephews, two nieces, two great-nephews and four great-nieces; aunt, Robbie F. Mauldin and uncle, Thomas (Robbye) Mauldin of Clemson. She was predeceased by two brothers, R. Allen and Robert S. Stevens.Services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive, with the Rev. Barry Lord officiating.Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SC Ovarian Cancer Foundation, P.O.
