ObituaryLawrence R. Collins, 76, formerly of Cleveland, OH passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Lee Memorial Hospital, in Fort Myers, FL with his family by his side.Larry was in born in Cleveland, OH on October 7, 1932 to Paul and Virginia Collins. On March 6, 1953 he married Nancy E. (Ley). He graduated from East Tech High School. Served in the Army and was employed for 42 years at Reliance Electric.He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister Donna Guarniere one brother Richard (Dickie) Collins, and one granddaughter, Mary Ann Gast. He is survived by his 6 children; Phyllis Collins (Fort Myers, FL), Virginia (Ginny) Boley (Robert) Fort Myers, FL, Debra Gast (Tracy), Edinboro, PA , Karen Erdani (Mark) Kirtland, OH, Paul Collins (Vickie), Fort Myers, FL and Brian Collins, Liberty Township, OH. His sisters, Mary Ann Sharrer, Susan McIntyre and Patricia Snider. Larry's grandchildren include: Laura Boley, Becky Alexandar, Bobby Boley, Aaron Gast, Gretchen Gast, Joshua Erdani, Ben Erdani, Sam Erdani, Daniel Zerkle, Tyler Collins, Chad Collins and Great Grand Children; Wyatt, Abby, Sydney, Ella and Gwenna.A celebration of his life will be held at the Pine Lakes Country Club House, Thursday, September, 17th, 2009 from 2PM to 4PM.Our family is a circle of strength and love.
