Lawrence P. Maguire - 102, retired quality control supervisor for General Electric in Schenectady, passed away at his home in Warren VT on Friday, August 31, 2001. Survivors include his daughters, Betty Maguire and Joyce Crabtree, both of Warren VT; four grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Patrick's Church in Moretown VT on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the Cemetery of the Ascension, Monsey NY, on Thursday at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice, 600 Granger Road, Barre VT 05641, or to the Mad River Valley Ambulance Service, PO Box 305, Waitsfield VT 05673.
