Laura Marks Brown, age 33, of Killen, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001, after an extended illness.Laura was a native of Lauderdale County and a member of Chisholm Hills Church of Christ. She was a 1986 graduate of Wilson High School and a 1991 graduate of UNA, where she received a B.S. degree in marketing.The visitation will be Monday, Oct. 1, 2001, at Chisholm Hills Church of Christ after 5 p.m. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. from Chisholm Hills Church of Christ, with burial to follow in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating at the service will be Willie Hamblen.She is survived by her husband, William Kent Brown; one son, William Grayson Brown; one daughter, Anna Elizabeth Brown, all of Killen; parents, Sam and Frances Marks of Florence; two brothers, Mark and Phillip Marks of Florence; maternal grandmother, Myrl Gray of Florence; and paternal grandmother, Laverne Marks of Florence.Pallbearers will include Patrick Jones, Grady Fowler, Bruce Holt, Jeff Clark, Jeff Walton and Keith Behel.Honorary pallbearers will be Terri Brown, Lisa Chaney, Jana Heyne, Michelle Adams, Jill Larkin, Suzanne Brink, Tricia Bretherick, Michelle Bevis and Friends and Family class of Chisholm Hills Church of Christ.The family request that memorials be made to Heritage Christian University, P.O.
