Toale Brothers is handling the arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Lois; a daughter, Debbie Anderson of Levittown, Pa.; three grandchildren, Laurel (Rob) Marcum, Robert Francis and Francis Michael.He was a Navy veteran of World War II and was a member of Masonic Lodge #427, Newtown, Pa., and Allentown, Pa., Consistory.Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, c/o recorder, Sahib Shrine Center, 600 North Beneva, Road, Sarasota, FL 34232.
