ALTON, Kenneth William Kenneth William Alton passed away peacefully one hour into his 100th year. He was born August 8, 1906. He leaves to mourn his loss, son Robin (Jean) of Sherwood Park; daughter Ellen Huget of Salmon Arm, daughter Judy (Gary) Aitken of Calgary; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sisters Stella Whan, Selena Gunderson; brother Arnold (Betty); sister-in-law Evelyn Alton; many nieces and nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Jessie in 1991; his parents Robert and Emma Alton; brothers Morris, Leonard and Charles; and sister Alma Johnston. A Celebration of Ken's life will be held in the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16102 - Fort Road, August 26 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
