She was a student at LaBelle Middle School.Survivors include her parents: Malcolm Dewayne Johnson and Shawn Marie (Strickland) Johnson of LaBelle; brother: Cody Dewayne Johnson of LaBelle; maternal grandfather: John Strickland; paternal grandparents: Mike and Emma Lou Green; maternal aunts and uncles: Brenda and Lacey Leitner, Jackie Strickland; paternal aunt and uncle: Gretchen and Jimmy McDonald; paternal aunts: Brandy and Marty; maternal great aunts: Frankie Rimes, Lisa Rimes and Bonnie Starr; cousins: Miranda and Justin Landrum, Rance and Brandy Starr, Jamie and Jessica McDonald; uncles: Jimmy, Richard, Ray and Jason; aunts: Melinda, Donna, Maggie and Susie and other extended family. Funeral services were held January 14, 2 p.m. at LaBelle High School Auditorium in LaBelle with Pastor Mike MacDowell and Chaplain David Pittman (LaBelle Fire Dept) officiating.
