Kaye Louise Harris Kaye Louise (Conn) Harris, 65, beloved daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 7, 2007. Her death follows a courageous battle with a rare degenerative brain disease. She is formerly of Springfield, Mo. Kaye was born July 6, 1941, in Whitefish, Mont., to Kenneth Schuyler and Edna Elaine Phillips Conn. She graduated from Whitefish High School in Whitefish, Mont., in 1960. She graduated from cosmetology school in 1962. She was united in marriage to her sweetheart, Larry Dean Harris, in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple. Kaye loved her family and taught them correct principles through her example. She enjoyed gardening, playing games, and she took great pride in keeping an organized home. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she loved genealogy, and served a mission at the LDS Family History Center, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her husband and father preceded her in death. Kaye is survived by her son and his wife, Bradley and Heather Harris of Springfield, Mo.; her daughter and her husband, Tammy and Randall Paul of St. George, Utah; her son and his wife, Rodney and Karla Harris of Chula Vista, Calif.; her daughter, Debby Harris of Springfield, Mo.; and a daughter and her husband, Wendy and Joseph Weight of Lehi, Utah; 17 beautiful grandchildren; her mother, Edna Conn of Whitefish, Mont.; sister, Arleen Nelson of Whitefish, Mont.; brother, Dr. Gordon Conn of Marysville, Wash.; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2007, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 320 W. Jackson Street, Willard. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2007, in the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humanitarian Aide fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in care of the funeral home.
